ESD Vessel Scrubber (Single or Dual Bed) Water Wastewater Odor and Corrosion Control for Large Headworks, Full Treatment Plants and Large Digesters.
The Purafil ESD Vessel Scrubber (VS) removes high concentrations of odorous gases from large headworks, full treatment plants and large digesters among other applications. The VS is sized for airflows from 8,000 to 20,000+ cfm and is available in single or dual media bed designs. In single bed designs, odors are drawn into the inlet plenum and through the media bed where contaminants are chemically removed. Dual bed scrubbers feature a split media bed, ideal for higher airflow applications. Treated air is discharged to the atmosphere through vertical stacks. Both designs offer 100% gas removal efficiency and ensure a partial vacuum throughout the treatment area. Typical system utilizes Odorcarb™ Ultra with Odormix™ SP as a polishing media.
