Purafil manufactures the patented Purafilter® line of pleated fiber filters for combination control of particulates and gaseous pollutants. The Purafilter is the only pleated fiber filter available with potassium permanganate, for superior control of odors and irritant gases — the true source of indoor air quality complaints. In addition, the Purafilter is available with an integral layer of particulate filtration. | The Purafilter offers the following benefits: • Control of particulates and gases: The Purafilter features a unique chemical and particulate filtration material to remove the broadest range of pollutants. • Will not off-gas: Purafilter media permanently remove AMC through chemisorption, an instantaneous and irreversible chemical reaction process.
