AIR FILTRATION MEDIA

Purafil Engineered Dry-Chemical Media Automobile exhaust, diesel emissions, building materials, furnishings, and even building occupants contribute to the mix of gaseous pollutants present in indoor environments. These pollutants are too small to be seen by the naked eye and cannot be trapped by even the most efficient particulate filters. The solution? Purafil’s patented dry-chemical media — small, round beads engineered with special ingredients which react with and remove gases from polluted airstreams. Purafil dry-chemical media are the heart of our systems, from the smallest pleated fiber filter to the largest modular filtration system.

Why use Purafil media?
• Purafil continues to invest in the research and development of new patented media, media formulas, and manufacturing techniques to assure our customers of the highest return on investment.

• Purafil manufactures its media from raw materials and controls every phase of the manufacturing process to ensure media are built to the exact specifications of porosity, moisture content, and hardness. Third-party laboratory studies prove Purafil media offer the highest capacity for control of gaseous contaminants.

• Purafil media are non-toxic and non-hazardous as supplied, do not support bacterial or fungal growth, and are UL Classified.
