Welcome to Purafil's newly redesigned site! The purpose of the Customer Support Room is to inform you of the many services available from Purafil, Inc. We appreciate your trusting Purafil to provide clean air solutions and want you to know about the services that are available to you as a valued Purafil customer. As a customer, we value your feedback and encourage you to complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Within this site you will also find technical documentation, such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Media Specifications, and Service Guides (also known as Operation, Installation, and Maintenance Manuals). We have also provided links to many of our technical papers, which discuss our various technologies and how they apply to the many markets we serve.

Complimentary Media Life Analysis Kit: Purafil media has a finite life. Our media contains special active ingredients that react with odors and gaseous pollutants to remove them from the airstream. Once the active ingredients are spent, it is time to replace the media in your system!

To avoid replacing your system’s media too early or too late, Purafil offers Media Life Analysis (MLA) — a complimentary service offered to all customers for as long as you own your system. By analyzing samples of media from the air filtration system, Purafil can project the life cycle of system media and make suggestions to improve system performance. Your Media Life Analysis Report is made available to your local Purafil representative via Purafil’s online portal.

After the start-up of your system, your local Purafil representative will work with you to periodically secure media samples. Purafil, Inc. will provide at no charge, regular laboratory analysis of such samples to establish life cycles. Ensuring the superior performance of your Purafil system is our top priority. Complimentary MEDIAPIK™ Media Selection Software: Purafil's custom-designed MEDIAPIK software allows the user to select the proper Purafil filtration media, based upon unique gas challenges and mechanical design parameters. Users can choose from a list of more than 2000 gases to determine the type and quantity of media required to ensure clean air. MEDIAPIK is available via CD-ROM or email.
